Managing Stress Season

The first round of exams are upon us and the shininess of the new semester has officially dulled. Stress levels are rising faster than the number of coffee cups consumed. As the semester continues, it is increasingly important to remember to take care of your mental health.
Mizzou, like many other campuses across the U.S., is currently experiencing abnormally gorgeous weather this weekend.  While sunbathing in the fresh air is a great break, there are other ways that you can reduce stress.
